MOKI Jewels ships with a traceable and insured courier. Shipments generally take between 24/72H. Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are excluded.

• ​Over €100 of order, shipping is FREE.
• Deliveries may take longer for Sicily, Sardinia and smaller islands.

To monitor your order you will receive an email with the tracking number and the portal of the courier who has been entrusted with the delivery.

EUROPEAN UNION SHIPMENTS

MOKI Jewels ships with a traceable and insured courier. Shipments generally take between 48/72H. Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are excluded.

Deliveries may take longer due to customs checks in individual destination countries.

To monitor your order you will receive an email with the tracking number and the portal of the courier who has been entrusted with the delivery.

It is possible to collect your orders in person at our laboratory located in

Via Guglielmo Marconi 56, 80029 Sant'Antimo (NA).

The laboratory is available for collections on the following days:

• MON-FRI 10:00/13:00 and 15:00/18:00
• SAT (morning only, subject to availability)

It is possible to choose to collect the product in person at the laboratory at no cost during the purchase phase, and therefore during checkout.
