RETURNS

MOKI Jewels accepts product returns from buyers within 5 days of delivery. To ensure that your products are eligible for return, please ensure that:

  • The products were purchased no more than 20 days ago
  • The products are in the original packaging
  • The products have not been damaged or tampered with

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Products supplied according to specifications or customization indicated
  • Products supplied which by nature are not returnable
  • Products supplied which are not returnable for health and hygiene reasons, opened after delivery
  • Products supplied which, after delivery, by their nature, are inseparable from other
  • Products missing the original packaging or with tampered original packaging
  • Products marked as a gift at checkout
  • Products belonging to capsules subject to discounts and promotions
  • Products purchased on sale, promotion or with discounts
  • Products whose final external components (snap hooks/hooks/closures) are missing or damaged or tampered with

We reserve the right to not accept returns of products that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products. The products must be sent to the following address:

​We cannot be held responsible for returned products that are lost or damaged in shipping. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you entrust your package to a tracked and insured carrier. We are unable to process a coupon or personal refund code without receiving the products or without proof of traceable shipping.

REFUNDS

Given the artisanal nature of the brand, whose highest quality standards are subjected to checks and supervisions, we understand that some problem related to one of our products can happen, even if it represents just 1% of cases. Having to support the increasingly expensive costs of production, raw materials, assembly and design, in order to offer customers the best quality at prices accessible to most, MOKI Jewels is not able to issue refunds on purchases.

However, customers who intend to request a refund can contact us via our email address and explain the problem related to the purchased item, sending us photos of the damage. If MOKI Jewels, after analyzing the individual situation, believes that the damage is due to a problem related to the production/assembly of the item, it will process a Coupon or discount code of the value of the purchased product to be spent at any time in our shop.
