​HOW DOES THIS PROCESS WORK?

1. Tell us about your custom idea.
2. You will have a contact with Jay, the designer, so you can get to know each other and compare creative ideas. You can use a reference of a MOKI jewel or tell us your creative and original idea starting from scratch.

We will define together the design, material and characterization of your jewel.

Our goal is to make sure your jewelry is exactly as you imagined it!

1. ADVANCE PAYMENT: An advance payment on the creation will be defined together with the designer.
2. VALIDATION: We will create the jewel and every single step of the process will be discussed and validated by you.
3. BALANCE: The remaining amount will be paid.
4. PROCESSING TIMES: The processing and delivery times of the jewel vary from case to case. Generally, we are able to make and ship/deliver the item in 3-5 days, but we will evaluate the actual timing together with you based on what the jewel to be created will be.
