"The Persistence of Memory" is a painting by Salvador Dalì from 1931. Some unreal objects are arranged within a fantastic landscape. The scene is dominated by some watches with a deformed consistency. They are called, in fact, soft watches. Although they still mark time, they seem to have lost their solidity.

In addition to the explanation given by the artist, one can imagine that the soft watches represent the relativity of temporal perception. Each of us, in fact, has our own temporal sensation with respect to the same situations.

A painting with warm colors as its deep meaning that reflects the depth of human nature, which prompted us to create THE FIRST NECKLACE IN THE WORLD IN STONES inspired by "The Persistence of Memory" by Dalì. A necklace in Tibetan Mala style handmade with Agate stones in various colors, Tiger's Eye, Black Onyx, Yellow Jasper, Amber and Freshwater Pearls with a Brown tassel and a 316L Steel tag with an engraved depiction of the painting.
